Background Information
 

Since its inception, the IHMF has produced the comprehensive Management Strategies in Herpes series to help improve the management of herpes. Reflecting the requirements of primary care physicians, in partnership with the New Zealand Herpes Foundation, the IHMF has produced algorithms for the diagnosis and treatment of genital HSV infection.
