Current activities and future plans

The HMF Brasil has launched its own website www.hmf.com.br. This site contains useful information for healthcare professionals including a library section, news and congress information. Other priorities are the distribution of its publications (see below), and presenting the forum at the main national congresses on infectious diseases.

For the future, the HMF aims to promote an educational update, aimed at physicians, on guidelines for prevention, detection, control and treatment of the herpesvirus infections. The HMF also aims to develop public health campaigns for the general population.
